Felicity jones is a British actor who is best famous for her portrayal of Jane Hawking. She played the part on The Theory of Everything, the film that received acclaim from critics. Jones has been an actress since she was 12, has appeared in several TV and film series. Her career began with The Television film The Treasure Seekers. Later, in The Worst Witch (a television show) in which she played Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college also featured her. In her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to feature in several movies. In films like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2 She became popular for her performances. The role she played as the wife in The Theory of Everything was the one that earned her an Oscar nomination. Jones was highly praised by viewers and critics alike because she played the character of Hawking's wife, in the Stephen Hawking biopic. She was then seen in Inferno an action film starring Tom Hanks. Jones received an award called the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, for her exceptional talents and contributions.
