Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actor from the United States. Her debut in film was Bad Boys (1983). After that She joined the Bratpack group and appeared as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club(1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Her performance of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award for Best Female Leading Actress. Ally Sheedy is an American actress, and author. Her career in film began in the her early 80s when she was featured as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film in which other actors were also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film she later appeared in the 1985 comedy drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film, directed by him, was one of the most acclaimed high-school movies in history. Despite the budget of 1 million dollars, the film's earnings exceeded $50 Million. Between then she started appearing on TV in various shows such as CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first television appearance. In April 1980, the show started airing. The show was designed for teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues are other television shows in which she appeared. One of her most recent roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy is a guest. Her incredible performances have earned numerous accolades, such as her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
