Dwayne was the pastor who founded at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online pieces as well as a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three children.
