Her parents brought her into the world in Tottenham District in London. She was born to English while her father was Welsh. Following the departure of her father, she was raised by her mother. Seit she was 4 years old, she began singing. She was obsessed. Both mother and daughter moved to Brighton. But again in 1999 they moved back to London.
